About the Webinar
Investment in Indonesia is subject to the current Negative Investment List, and the new draft Investment List contains various changes, many of which detail the business sectors which will be open to foreign investment.
SSEK partner Stephen Igor Warokka and Greita Anggraeni, an associate lawyer at the firm, will discuss how the draft differs from the current list and provide details on the business lines that are expected to be open to foreign investment. They will also be available for a Q&A at the end of the webinar.
The event will be moderated by Gusti Kahari, AmCham Indonesia’s Director of Government Relations.
