Procedures for Imposition of Import Duty Rates on Imported Goods Based on ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement
On 18 September 2020, the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia has issued Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 131/PMK.04/2020 regarding Procedures for Imposition of Import Duty Rates on Imported Goods Based on ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement. This regulation is issued in order to accommodate the First Protocol to Amend the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement that has been ratified by Presidential Regulation Number 84 Year 2020 regarding Ratification of First Protocol to Amend the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement.
