The third webinar series will cover halal products and taxation, two areas affected by the new law that will influence foreign and domestic companies and investors in Indonesia. This webinar aims to focus on the changes to the halal certification process and what to expect from a regulation requiring implementation that is to be issued. In addition, it will also discuss new tax rates and tax incentives under the Omnibus Law, and actions companies should consider in response to the changes. We believe the discussion on halal product requirements and how effective the halal certification will be is fundamental as they accelerate the business licensing process and require strong cooperation from various other stakeholders.
