On 18 June 2025, the President of the Republic of Indonesia stipulated Government Regulation Number 30 Year 2025 regarding Prevention of Sexual Violence Criminal Act as well as Handling, Protection, and Recovery of Victims of Sexual Violence Criminal Act. This regulation was stipulated to implement the provisions of Article 46 paragraph (2), Article 66 paragraph (3), and Article 80 of Law Number 12 Year 2022 regarding Sexual Violence Criminal Act.
Pada tanggal 18 Juni 2025, Presiden Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 30 Tahun 2025 tentang Pencegahan Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual serta Penanganan, Pelindungan, dan Pemulihan Korban Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 46 ayat (2), Pasal 66 ayat (3), dan Pasal 80 Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2022 tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual.
