Tata Laksana Ekspor Barang Kiriman

On 30 June 2025, the Director General of Customs and Excise of the Republic of Indonesia stipulated Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise of the Republic of Indonesia Number PER-8/BC/2025 regarding Administrative Procedure on the Export of Consigned Goods. This regulation is stipulated to implement the provisions of Article 72 of Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 96 Year 2023 regarding Provisions on Customs, Excise, and Tax on the Import and Export of Consigned Goods, as amended for several times, most recently by Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 4 Year 2025 regarding Second Amendment to Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 96 regarding Provisions on Customs, Excise, and Tax on the Import and Export of Consigned Goods.
Pada tanggal 30 Juni 2025, Direktur Jenderal Bea dan Cukai Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Bea dan Cukai Republik Indonesia Nomor PER-8/BC/2025 tentang Tata Laksana Ekspor Barang Kiriman. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 72 Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 96 Tahun 2023 tentang Ketentuan Kepabeanan, Cukai, dan Pajak atas Impor dan Ekspor Barang Kiriman sebagaimana telah beberapa kali diubah terakhir dengan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 4 Tahun 2025 tentang Perubahan Kedua atas Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 96 tentang Ketentuan Kepabeanan, Cukai, dan Pajak atas Impor dan Ekspor Barang Kiriman.
